Deputy Home Manager - Children''s home Location: Residential Home for Mixed-Gender and Non-Binary Children and Young People (Ages 8-18) Rating: GOOD Ofsted Are you passionate about shaping the lives of young people? We re looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals to join this team as Senior Residential Support Workers. What You ll Do: Provide direct care and support to children in a nurturing residential setting. Build meaningful relationships that help children thrive and feel secure. Promote positive experiences and create a safe, supportive environment. Lead and inspire your team to deliver the highest standard of care. What We re Looking For: Experience as a Senior Support Worker with children. Strong ability to connect with and support children, fostering trust and rapport. A resilient and adaptable attitude, ready to embrace the challenges and rewards of this role. NVQ3 in Children and Young People.
