Defending projects through to completion. Engaging with architects, designers, contactors, flooring contractors, installers and end clients. Responsibility for both commercial and high-end residential projects responding to incoming marketing leads and creating new pipeline. Utilising in-house CRM to identify existing warm client relationships to develop.
