Salary up to £95k.We''re currently working with a fabulous international law firm looking for a risk and compliance lawyer to join their Global Compliance function. This role is a maternity cover and is looking for someone for 12 month fixed term contract.This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified lawyer to work with an incredible global compliance function, learn from leaders in the space and gain great experience.The Role

Support the Head of Risk, COLP and Risk and Compliance Partner on day-to-day risk queriesAdvise on the SRA Code of Conduct, professional standards, ethics, data protection, supplier contracts, and conflictsAnalyse conflict reports and resolve complex queries (On a global scale)Draft, review, and update terms of engagement with clients, and third parties globallyIdentify new and changing regulatory requirements and their impact across the firmBuild and maintain risk policies, procedures and systems across the global compliance functionContribute risk-related training and knowledge sharingAbout you

Qualified LawyerMinimum 2 years experience in legal compliance - International experience neededStrong knowledge of SRA Code of ConductGeneralist knowledge across data protection, AML, Sanctions, Bribery and Corruption, Modern Slaveryy and moreWhat''s in it for you?
