Key Responsibilities: Support the QHSE Manager: Assist in maintaining all accreditations including ISO9001, 14001, 45001, and BRC. Guidance and Advice: Provide expert advice to managers, supervisors, and employees on all health and safety matters. Compliance: Ensure adherence to local regulatory HSE requirements and company policies. Risk Assessment: Help teams identify hazards, assess risks, and implement controls to manage and reduce risks. Operational Procedures: Develop safe operational procedures that account for all relevant hazards. Incident Management: Record, report, and investigate incidents and near misses. Training and Coaching: Conduct HSE training sessions and educate the workforce on safety expectations and lessons learned from previous incidents.
