Responsibilities

• Provide tailored one-to-one and small-group support as an SEN Teaching Assistant.
• Assist in planning and implementing interventions in line with individual education plans (IEPs).
• Foster an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
• Work closely with teachers and SEN staff to support students’ academic and emotional development.
• Record and report on student achievements, sharing insights with teachers and parents.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
• A compassionate, adaptable, and patient approach to supporting children with diverse needs.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A valid driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle are preferable but not essential.
