Known for its stability, strong leadership and investment in people, this contractor offers a professional but supportive working environment with genuine career progression.The RoleAs Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role within the regional Commercial team, working closely with project delivery teams to ensure robust commercial control from pre-construction through to final account.Reporting directly to the Regional Commercial Manager, you will take ownership of one or multiple projects depending on size and complexity, acting as the commercial lead and supporting the wider commercial strategy for the region.This role will involve a mix of site-based and office-based work, providing exposure to live projects and senior stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesFull commercial management of projects from procurement to final accountPreparation, management and negotiation of subcontract packagesAdministration of contracts under NEC and JCT frameworksMonthly cost reporting, forecasting and earned value analysisManagement of valuations, variations, certificates and accrualsSupporting
