This is a senior shop-floor leadership role where you ll control daily output, performance, labour planning, and operational discipline across a large team. What s on offer? Owning daily production performance across multiple shifts Managing OEE/OAE targets and driving recovery plans where needed Leading supervisors and holding teams accountable for safety, output and quality Controlling labour deployment and overtime spend Reducing scrap, rework and downtime Driving 5S and shop-floor discipline Leading daily production meetings with clear actions and accountability Collaborating with Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain to remove constraints Managing KPIs, dashboards and performance reporting Supporting Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives Ensuring compliance with quality standards and health and safety regulations Leading, coaching and developing a large production team What will you need?
