You will manage a team of skilled technicians, providing guidance, support, and ensuring a safe place to work, through excellent Health and Safety protocols. You will be passionate about the efficient running of the Workshop and pro-active communication, delivering a fantastic service to all customers. Key responsibilities: Oversee and organise the workshop team whilst managing productivity and efficiencies. Be the go-to for any support required for Technician and workshop staff.
