The environment is fast-paced and constantly evolving, offering plenty of variety and the chance to work with different stakeholders across the business.Managing your own ledger, you ll take responsibility for reducing aged debt, resolving queries and helping to shape more efficient, consistent processes across collections and allocation.What You ll Be DoingManaging a portfolio of customer accounts and proactively reducing overdue debtWorking with divisional finance teams to resolve billing and payment queriesSupporting the cash allocation process and ensuring clean, up-to-date ledgersProducing statements, reminders and reconciliations in line with agreed termsAssisting with AR reporting and contributing to month-end activitiesMaintaining accurate debtor records and supporting audit requirementsSuggesting improvements to strengthen processes and reduce aged debtWhat You ll BringExperience within Credit Control
