Important to note Hours: 8:30 - 17:30 Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday Location: E14, Canary Wharf Work from home: 4 days in, and 1 at home (Friday) What you''ll do The Technical Manager will be required to manage the production of FRAEW and EWS1 documents, progress Building Safety Case work and carry out Golden Thread audits. Duties include, but not limited to: Collating all necessary information from A-site and Construction SharePoint sites Checking information for accuracy, validity and completeness to a sufficient standard equivalent to the quality of information that would be obtained from site survey. Issue all information to the assessor in a structured format Maintain a lookahead programme with the consultant and flag any programme risks. Check the reports from the assessor for accuracy and completeness and upload to A-site, Meridian and other systems Make sure that our systems are up to date in respect of the above.
