About the role In this role, you will be leading systemic change in policy. To ensure that one day, everyone builds the essential skills to succeed, we need them to be threaded throughout education and skills policy: from schools through extra-curricular and job centres through to employment. It is a role of two parts: working with expert practitioners in our team alongside partners to develop policy, and then getting that policy adopted by government, political parties and policy-making organisations.
