Senior Quantity Surveyor
to lead the financial management of our partnering contract with
The Guinness Partnership , delivering planned and cyclical works predominantly across Hampshire and the surrounding areas.Permanent, Full Time.Based at our Havant regional office, the successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end commercial lifecycle of the contract, ensuring cost control, accurate forecasting, accurate and proactive monthly reporting and value generation through working in partnership with Guinness, its consultants and the wider supply chain. Whilst the role will generally be based out of the Havant office it will also involve travel to our London headquarters on a monthly basis.About You
This role requires a confident and hands-on commercial professional with a strong understanding of contract administration, supply chain engagement, and performance monitoring in a social housing planned maintenance context. This is a high impact role within our South commercial team, offering the opportunity to contribute to one of MSPSs key long-term partnerships and play a central role in sustaining high-quality service delivery and building on a existing team.Benefits
