Senior Technical Services Manager We are working with a privately owned construction business with a turnover over 100m who are in current need of a Technical Services Manager to join the business. The type of work the business takes on is cut and carve, CAT A/B and refurb schemes, all consisting of values around 5m to 35m in value. About the role of a Senior Technical Services Manager The role will involve the chosen candidate to be involved in all stages of the ''cradle to grave'' process. Pre-construction experience is ideal and will need to have the confidence and organisation of organising their own week. It will be working on two specific projects in Central London consisting of fit out, refurb, and cut and carve schemes. Good technical experience is needed, someone that understands process and be very good face to face in client meetings.
