Croydon Council are looking for a Senior Disrepair Specialist Officer to join their busy and high-profile Disrepair Team.You''ll play a key role in inspecting properties, diagnosing disrepair issues, specifying works, and managing cases from start to completion. The role involves contractor management, Health and Safety monitoring, tenant liaison, coordinating temporary decants, and working closely with teams such as Legal and Tenancy.
