Technical Manager – Supply Chain | Battersea, London | £62,500Harvey and Brockless – Part of The Compleat Food GroupWe’re Harvey and Brockless, proud to be part of The Compleat Food Group – a business on a mission to create food the right way. We bring together brilliant people and exceptional products, and we’re now looking for a talented Technical Manager – Supply Chain to join our Group Technical team. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead on supplier approval, technical compliance, and system improvements across the Group, helping us to maintain the highest standards and deliver food with integrity.

What you’ll be doing

Leading the supplier approval process and supplier performance management, including risk assessments and sign-off.

Managing databases and testing schedules for raw materials, microbiology, chemical, and authenticity checks.

Ensuring all Group technical policies and procedures meet UK and international standards.

Supporting Procurement and NPD teams with technical input on new raw materials.

Managing Group certifications including RSPO Palm Oil and supporting sites with Select Farm (F2F).

Leading horizon scanning, VACCP and TACCP assessments, and chemical risk reviews.

Preparing weekly/monthly board reports and carrying out compliance audits.

Driving continuous improvement in our systems and processes (Authenticate, Point74, and more).

Deputising for the Group Technical Services Director when required.

What we’re looking for

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and excellent attention to detail.

Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

A proactive, “can-do” attitude with excellent organisational skills.

Knowledge of HACCP (Level 3+), TACCP and VACCP.

Internal/Lead Auditor training (FSSC or equivalent).

A degree in Food Science or related subject would be advantageous.
