Onboarding clients for a busy Residential Property teamCarrying out rigorous onboarding checksSupporting the team on a day-to-day basis including client calls, emails and in person meetingsCompiling your own written communicationsDrafting documentation as requiredCase Management entry of new mattersEnsuring all documents are recorded on the databaseRequired experience / skills
Previous experience in Customer Service / Administration and compliance would be advantageousConfident communication skills are essentialExcellent administration skills with a high degree of accuracyStrong attention to detailExcellent written communication skillsIntermediate MS Office skillsHow to apply
