If you’re a strategic thinker with a passion for data innovation, this is your chance to make a lasting impact.**What you’ll be doing:*** Own the strategy, design and delivery of sustainable consumption data products that drive measurable outcomes.* Define and implement scalable frameworks that support reuse, interoperability and long-term value.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data products with business priorities and user needs.* Champion data product adoption across CIB to enable data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency.* Develop and implement a Data Culture strategy that promotes awareness, literacy and engagement.* Ensure governance, compliance and ethical standards are embedded throughout the data product lifecycle.**Why Lloyds Banking Group:**Like the modern Britain we serve, we''re evolving.
