Responsibility for monitoring equipment performance, carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting breakdowns, minimizing production downtime, and ensuring that all engineering activities comply with safety, quality, and operational standards. Continuing looking at where improvements can be made to maximise equipment efficiency, service and consistency whilst ensuring that health and safety and quality standards are never compromised.Key Duties and Responsibilities Quick resolution to plant breakdowns, faults, QA issues. Carry out planned preventative maintenance utilising agreed schedule.All planned and reactive maintenance is to be entered into the CMMS.Ensure that the achievement of food safety is always a priority.In association with the Engineering co-ordinator and planning, Complete the preventative maintenance schedule on time and within costs.Tasks to be completed in a safe manner and all equipment to be kept in a safe condition.Minimise ..... full job details .....
