HR Business Partner London (Office-based, Permanent) £50,000 p/a + Benefits A large, well-established, multinational organisation with interests spanning multiple industries is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support both operational and strategic people initiatives across its UK headquarters and regional sites. Key responsibilities: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers on a range of complex HR matters, including employee relations, performance, and organisational change. Lead and coordinate restructuring and transformation projects, ensuring alignment with employment legislation and internal frameworks. Provide expert guidance on disciplinary, grievance, absence management, and capability cases, often acting as a key support during formal hearings. Prepare and manage responses to employment tribunal cases, liaising with legal teams and ACAS where necessary to achieve positive outcomes. Collaborate with management to implement wellbeing and engagement initiatives, while also developing tailored interventions for specific teams.
