Transport Planner

A well-established transport and logistics operation based in Eurocentral is looking to recruit a Transport Planner to join its busy planning team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced transport professional seeking a role that offers genuine work-life balance through a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern, with four days off between rotations.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning and coordinating daily vehicle movements
• Managing driver schedules and operational requirements
• Liaising with customers, drivers and internal departments
• Responding to operational issues and schedule changes in real time
• Ensuring service levels and compliance standards are maintained

What We''re Looking For

• Previous experience in a Transport Planner or similar logistics role
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced transport environment
• Container transport experience would be advantageous
• Knowledge of the TOPS Operating System would be beneficial

Package

• Salary of £30,000 - £35,000, depending on experience
