Must have the following experiences - Working for a local authority. Varied PM experience across highway maintenance and associated infrastructure projects. Design experience and knowledge. Development and delivery of highway maintenance and associated infrastructure projects. Management of consultants. Stakeholder management and engagement including elected members and parishes. Experience managing contractors and holding them to account.
