The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively in standard English both written and spoken and have the ability to work independently and as part of a team and have a genuine passion for Childcare.Key Responsibilities Undertake activities with key children and small groups of children, in order to facilitate their physical, emotional and education development within a safe environment.Working to establish a supportive relationship with children and parents concerns to facilitate effective communication and partnership between school and home where appropriate.Safeguard and promote the health, safety and welfare of children Planning activities in accordance to the Early Years Foundation Stage framework (EYFS) whilst promoting independent learning to support the children s understanding.
