Senior Project Manager - Leisure and Hospitality Projects Salary: £55,000-£60,000 + Company Car or Car Allowance + Additional Benefits Location: Nationwide (Hybrid/Remote) Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex leisure and hospitality refurbishment projects across the UK. This is a senior-level role suited to someone who can hit the ground running, manage multiple projects concurrently, and confidently oversee all on - site delivery elements. The position offers a hybrid structure, with the majority of time spent visiting live sites nationwide, combined with work-from-home and occasional office attendance as required. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple refurbishment and fit - out projects simultaneously (typically three live sites at any one time). Oversee full project lifecycle including strip - out, interior works, and complete fit - outs. Lead on - site delivery, spending the majority of the week on site (approx. 3 days) with 2 days working from home. Collaborate closely with the Quantity Surveyor, who will handle all pricing and commercial input. Monitor and manage labour costs, procurement, and supply chain performance.
