This is a fantastic opportunity to work on diverse projects spanning commercial, healthcare, education, and public sector buildings while developing your career alongside experienced surveyors.What your day will consist of: Leading and managing your own commissions, including schedules of dilapidations, condition surveys, defect analysis and pre-acquisition surveys.Supporting party wall matters and general neighbourly commissions, including notices, negotiations and schedules of condition.Preparing specifications and tender documents, assessing tenders and advising clients on costs and project delivery.Acting as contract administrator across various projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and client satisfaction.Learning from senior surveyors to understand client expectations, providing technical and commercial guidance throughout each project.
