Resident Lead Technician Rotherham, S60 Permanent Salary: Up to £43k, Plus Benefits, No On Call NG Bailey Facilities Services are currently recruiting a Lead Multi Skilled (MandE) Maintenance Technician to be responsible for carrying out routine maintenance and repairs to plant, equipment, the building fabric and ongoing client project works. The Multi Skilled Lead (Heating control biased) Technician will have experience of reviewing RAMs of sub-contractors and issuing permit to work (PTW), preferably working on single man sites in the past. You will have a background and qualifications in a Mechanical AND/OR Electrical discipline and have extensive experience working in a building service / maintenance environment.
