This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for driving high standards of teaching and learning, fostering a positive school culture, and ensuring the best outcomes for students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs.Responsibilities:Provide strategic leadership and vision for the school.Ensure high-quality teaching and learning across all areas.Oversee safeguarding, behaviour management, and SEND provision.Manage staff development and performance.Work closely with governors, parents, and external agencies to support student progress.Requirements:Proven leadership experience within an SEMH or SEN setting.Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and NPQH (or willingness to complete).Strong understanding of SEMH strategies and SEND legislation.Excellent communication, organisational, and decision-making skills.
