Role Purpose Your mission as Area Sales Manager - Direct is to maximise and grow the sales of our air compressor range. This is a field-based role covering the Northern sales territory, responsible for developing new business and strengthening relationships with existing customers across your area. Key Responsibilities Increase revenue of aftermarket components, including but not limited to spare parts, mechanical and electrical components, pipework, and extended warranty agreements across the territory, in accordance with agreed business and area plans and budgets. Plan and prioritise sales activities, customer and prospect interaction, and marketing activities towards achieving agreed business aims, including sales growth and profitability. Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors. Deliver sales presentations, end-user sales and site visits, and exhibitions as required. Drive a value-based sales approach, promoting product features and benefits. Manage customer satisfaction and support warranty and related supply issues pertaining to your geographical sales area and customer base. Manage pricing within your area, avoiding price erosion, with support from the Business Line Manager and in line with pricing guidelines. Operate within the current tier-based loyalty structure and in line with the Company''s mission.
