Prism 7 Resourcing are looking to recruit a temporary HR Support Administrator for a 2-month temporary contract, based in Maldon, Essex. Please note that this role will require you to be based on site full time initially, reducing once fully trained. Role Purpose: To provide professional, timely and accurate HR case management support to managers and employees, ensuring consistent application of HR policies, procedures and employment legislation. To ensure compliance with statutory requirements, council policies and good HR practice in the handling of HR cases and enquiries. To enable the effective delivery of HR services by resolving a wide range of employee relations and people-related cases, escalating more complex matters where appropriate. To support and develop effective HR processes, guidance and systems that enable selfservice and improve the customer experience. To ensure that HR enquiries and cases are managed efficiently, accurately and to agreed standards and timescales. To contribute positively to the HR service, acting professionally and collaboratively and demonstrating integrity, resilience and a strong customer-focused approach. The Experience You Will Bring: Good understanding of Human Resources policies, procedures and practices within a case management environment. Working knowledge of employment legislation and regulations relevant to HR casework, with the ability to apply these in day-to-day activities.
