Teaching Assistant - Behaviour Support (Ealing Secondary School)
Location: Ealing, West London
Pay: -90 - -100 per day
Contract: Full Academic Year (September 2025 - July 2026)

Key Responsibilities:
- Work 1:1 or in small groups with students presenting behavioural challenges
- Implement behaviour management strategies in line with school policies
- Support the class teacher in managing classroom behaviour
- Monitor and report on student progress and behaviour
- Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all students
The Ideal Teaching Assistant Will:
- Have experience working with secondary-aged students
- Be confident in managing behaviour in a school setting
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be reliable, flexible, and committed to supporting learning and development
- Be available full-time from September 2025
