We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate SEN Tutor to join and support SEN students in a variety of settings across Peterborough. Role Overview: As an SEN Tutor, you will work closely with students with SEN, offering tailored, one-to-one or small group support. You will create and implement tailored learning plans, using a range of teaching strategies and resources to meet the needs of students. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, personalized tutoring to students with SEN To assess learners needs and plan and implement tailored and structured programs of learning in line with young persons EHCP outcomes Make sure the students feel safe and secure Work closely with teachers and parents to track student progress and adjust learning plans accordingly. Foster an inclusive, positive, and encouraging learning environment. Monitor and assess student progress, p
