We are looking for a passionate and driven Resourcer to join our fast expanding Fire and Security/MandE team based by Heathrow Terminal 5 . You will be joining  a warm desk, supported by a highly experienced team with a strong client base and a full order book of exciting roles.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop within a fast-paced, rewarding recruitment environment, focusing on both permanent and temporary hires across the fire and security/MandE sector with lots of opportunity for professional growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Sourcing top talent for permanent and temporary roles across the Fire and Security and MandE industry
- Writing and posting job adverts, screening CVs, and conducting candidate interviews
- Managing the candidate journey from initial contact through to placement
- Maintaining and building long-term relationships with existing clients
- Working closely with consultants to understand client needs and deliver accordingly
- Keeping the CRM system updated and ensuring compliance with recruitment processes

What We Are Looking For:

- Previous recruitment/resourcing experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised, proactive, and target-driven
- Confidence in speaking with candidates and clients over the phone and face-to-face
- A genuine interest in the Fire and Security or Technical/Engineering sectors is a bonus

- Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 (depending on experience)
