The Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer based in Bristol will maintain mechanical and electrical equipment and building fabric across a multi-site portfolio. This mobile role combines planned preventative maintenance with fault-finding and reactive repairs. The Role As the Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer, you''ll: Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment. Diagnose, test and repair electrical building services equipment. Complete non-specialist building fabric maintenance and respond to repair callouts. Update PPM tasks in the maintenance system and maintain accurate site records. Inspect services and work in plant rooms and at height from platforms and ladders. Follow company quality assurance, site and health and safety procedures. About You To be successful as the Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer, you''ll have: Essential: A time-served apprenticeship or equivalent training. Essential: Demonstrable building services engineering knowledge and logical fault-finding skills. Essential: Customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work independently. Essential: A clean driving licence. Ideally: HVAC, plumbing or electrical experience. Ideally: IPAF, PASMA or an L8 qualification, or familiarity with Microsoft Office and building management systems. What''s in it for You? £45,000 £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
