Newly Qualified Criminal Defence and Regulatory Solicitor Job description; My client is a niche law firm that specialises in Private Criminal Defence and Regulatory work. They represent Police officers and regulated Professionals subject to criminal and regulatory allegations. They are looking to recruit a full time NQ qualified solicitor /accredited police station representative (experience essential) and are interested to hear from potential candidates who are based in the Sheffield area, and have experience of: Advising and representing Professional clients subject to criminal and regulatory allegations. Dealing with regulatory cases Helping with call out cases for institutional clients. You will work alongside senior and experienced Legal practitioners They offer flexible and home working arrangements The successful applicant would be able to assist the Leeds/ Bradford and East Midlands team.
