Barker Ross are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join a growing team in a COPACK company based in the Coalville (LE67) area. The working hours for the Warehouse Admin position is Monday to Friday 07:00 till 15:00. The pay rate for this role is 14.00 Job Duties: Creating and communicating of all Customer reports and monitoring systems Resolving customer queries, providing PODs, and interrogating system discrepancies Liaising with Stock Team to resolve system issues Gathering data and reporting site financials on daily and weekly basis Compiling data for Customer Account Manager in preparation for reviews Maintaining and tracking empty pallet movements for all customers Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Cover for Customer Services Manager Liaise with company management to support and implement growth strategies Other duties as reasonably required The ideal candidate will have: Considerable experience working in a customer facing environment Passion for delivery of excellent customer service within an ever growing business Fantastic written and verbal communications, be able to adapt the communication style to meet different situations and personalities Ability to use and interrogate WMS systems Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, Excel at Intermediate or above.
