Senior Business Development Representative
We are looking for a proactive and commercially driven Client Development Executive to support the growth and development of a client portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, spotting opportunities, and contributing to revenue growth within a consultancy or professional services environment.This role blends business development and account management, working closely with senior stakeholders, delivery teams, and clients to ensure an outstanding end-to-end client experience.Salary: £40K + commissionHybrid working: 2 days in London office and 1 day per week in Farnborough Head officeThe Main Duties:Develop and grow relationships within existing client accountsIdentify and qualify new business opportunities across new and existing clientsSupport the full sales life cycle, from opportunity identification through to proposals and contract supportAct as a key point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfactionWork closely with delivery teams to ensure client requirements are clearly understood and metHelp drive account growth, retention, and long-term client partnershipsSkills/Experience required:3-5 years'' experience in client development, business development, account management, or salesBackground in consultancy, professional services, IT services, or a similar environmentStrong relationship-building and stakeholder management skillsCommercial mindset with the ability to identify and develop
