Role OverviewThey are seeking a proactive and detail-focused Part-Time Bookkeeper/Finance Executive to support their finance function and wider business operations. This is a varied, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working within a small, collaborative team and is looking to grow their skills in a supportive environment.Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral Accounting and Finance AdministrationProcess, check and pay supplier invoices and employee expensesPrepare and issue client invoicesComplete HMRC reporting (VAT, P60s, P45s, P11Ds and other statutory submissions)Provide back-up administration for the company pension schemeProvide back-up administration for the company private healthcare schemeRun payroll following full trainingPrepare management accounts, including PandL reportsEnsure accurate financial filing and record managementWhat We''re Looking ForAAT Level 2 (minimum)Strong Excel skillsExperience running payroll using a computerised system (QuickBooks desirable but not essential)High level of discr
