We are seeking a reliable and motivated CNC Punch Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role would suit candidates with previous machine operating experience, particularly within sheet metal, fabrication, CNC punch, press brake, or similar production environments.While this is a night shift position, successful candidates must be able to commit to an initial 1-2 month training period on days before transitioning to nights.Shift PatternTraining Period (1-2 Months):Monday to ThursdayDay shift hoursPermanent Night Shift:Sunday to Wednesday8:30pm - 7:00amKey ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC punch machinery to manufacture components to specification.Load and run production programs, making adjustments where required.Read and interpret engineering drawings and work orders.Monitor machine performance and ensure products meet quality standards.Carry out quality inspections using measuring equipment.Complete routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.Maintain accurate production records.Support other production areas when required and work collaboratively as part of the wider manufacturing team.Follow all Health and Safety procedures and ..... full job details .....
