• Location: High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire
• Start Date: ASAP
• Salary: Starting from andpound;13 per hour
• Contract Type: Full-Time/Part-Time, flexible

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to students with Severe Learning Difficulties.
• Help students engage with the curriculum and develop essential skills.
• Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to track progress and tailor support.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help students succeed.
• A caring, patient, and nurturing attitude, with a genuine passion for working with children with additional needs.
• Previous experience in education or special educational needs (SEN) is a plus.
• Knowledge and understanding of EHCPs is desirable, but not essential
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently when needed.
