This is an excellent opportunity to work within a stable and growing organisation that continues to invest in its people, equipment, and site facilities.The RoleAs an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring production equipment operates efficiently and reliably, carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance activities across the site.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on a range of production machinery.Respond to electrical breakdowns and carry out effective fault finding and repairs.Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives across the site.Work closely with production teams to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.Ensure all work is completed in line with health, safety, and site procedures.RequirementsRecognised Electrical Engineering qualification (Apprenticeship, NVQ Level 3, HNC, or equivalent).Previous experience in a manufacturing, FMCG, food, packaging, or industrial environment.Strong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic skills.Experience with PLC-controlled systems is advantageous.A proactive and hands-on approach to maintenance.What''s on Offer?Salary
