This role is ideal for an experienced warehouse professional who excels in people management, operational control, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Lead all warehouse, goods-in, pick/pack, replenishment and despatch operations Manage multiple warehouses on one site and oversee multi-shift teams Ensure accurate, on-time despatch and high-quality order fulfilment Drive improvements in pick accuracy, throughput, labour efficiency and cost per pick Manage courier and transport performance Optimise warehouse layout, space utilisation and stock flow Lead Team Leaders and develop a high-performance culture Ensure safety compliance, training and operational standards Deliver continuous-improvement projects supported by data and ROI Skills and Experience Proven experience managing large, fast-paced warehouse operationsStrong people-management and leadership skills Experience with courier/fleet operations and warehouse flow ERP/WMS experience Strong understanding of labour productivity, capacity planning and cost control Lean/CI experience is desirable Strong communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills Salary and Benefits £45,000
