This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven Quantity Surveyor to take responsibility for the financial and commercial management of a varied portfolio of construction, refurbishment and property improvement projects. Working closely with project managers, operational teams, subcontractors and clients, you will play a key role in managing project costs, controlling commercial risk and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and profitably. We are looking for someone with strong commercial awareness, excellent negotiation skills and the confidence to manage multiple project requirements within a busy construction environment. Key Responsibilities Manage the commercial and financial aspects of construction, refurbishment and property improvement projects. Prepare and monitor project budgets, cost plans, cash flows and financial forecasts. Manage subcontractor procurement, tendering, valuations and final accounts.
