If this sounds like you then read on....We are looking for a registered nurse (with a valid PIN) to join our award winning care homes based in Barham and Baylham where we deliver a highly personalised range of residential and nursing care. Our services include full-time residential and nursing care, short-term rehabilitation, convalescence, respite, and dementia care.Our homes are in the beautiful Suffolk countryside between Ipswich and Bury and are close to Stowmarket.We are looking for a registered nurse who is passionate about dementia care. Someone who has a rapport, shows intuition and has a deep understanding of complex care needs.We will cover the cost of your revalidation and pay for online training. CPD training is encouraged for career progression.We have free on site parking and have a bus stop metres from the home ensuring easy travel access.£2000 sign on bonus (£1000 payable after successful completion of 6 month probation period and £1000 payable after 12 months)Responsibilities

Lead a team to ensure the highest possible standards of careAssessment of residents'' needs, creating and implementing Care plansDeveloping, reviewing and updating care plans to meet resident''s physical, social and psychological needs, whilst still championing independence and personal choiceMaintaining accurate documentation and resident recordsOversee all aspects of medicine management on your shift in accordance with company policies and current legislationEnsure compliance with all legal, regulatory and best practice guidelines - identify, investigate and resolve risks proactivelySupport, guide, teach and mentor others in line with the NMC Code, following its guidance at all timesJob details
