The role: - Proactively identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities across the assigned region. - Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure sustainable success. - Promote a wide product portfolio of motion control and spring-based technologies to meet diverse industrial requirements. - Manage sales pipelines, pricin
