You''ll work on a range of water and wastewater infrastructure projects, taking designs from concept through detailed design and into construction and commissioning. The Role You''ll be responsible for: Civil and drainage design Engineering drawings and design solutions Calculations, specifications, reports and estimates Water and wastewater infrastructure design Drainage, clean water, separation and waste treatment projects Design assurance and quality control Technical problem solving Coordinating surveys and multidisciplinary design inputs Client and stakeholder engagement Supporting junior engineers and technical staff About You We''re looking for a qualified Civil Engineer with: Experience with water/wastewater infrastructure projects Knowledge of UK water industry and drainage standards AutoCAD, Civil 3D and/or Revit experience Good understanding of hydraulic design principles Experience with concrete slabs, retaining walls and hardstandings BIM experience is desirable ICE membership or Chartered status is advantageous Experience of infrastructure projects, with water/wastewater experience advantageous but not essential, as full training can be provided to candidates with strong transferable design experience.
