We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Ganger to join our team, focusing on small civil engineering projects related to the electricity network. As a Ganger, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of three operatives on site, overseeing small-scale jobs that involve excavations and digging trenches. You will ensure that all work is completed efficiently and in compliance with safety and quality standards. This role requires hands-on involvement, with the ability to motivate your team and manage various tasks associated with civil works. A background in civils is desirable.
