We''re looking for an accurate and organised Temporary Administrator to join a friendly team, supporting with data entry, checking information and general office administration.

For the role of Temp Administrator Duties will include:

• Checking employee hours against clocking-in and clocking-out records.
• Entering hours into the correct categories ready for payroll.
• Checking records for sickness, absence and overtime.
• Comparing timesheets with processed information and flagging any errors.
• Updating employee details and preparing induction paperwork.
• Helping with general HR administration.

For the of Temp Administrator We''re looking for someone with:

• Good attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
• Previous administration experience.
• Confidence working with numbers and checking information.
• Good organisation and a reliable approach.
