This is a great opportunity for a skilled tradesperson looking for a 12-week temporary-to-permanent position, with a company van provided. The Role Complete a wide range of multi-trade repairs, including carpentry, plumbing and masonry. Carry out internal and external repairs across residential properties and communal areas. Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a professional standard. Liaise with residents and colleagues, keeping customers informed throughout the repair process. Complete repairs within required timescales and aim to resolve jobs first time wherever possible. Accurately record work completed, materials used and job progress using mobile/tablet systems. Maintain appropriate van stock and use materials in a cost-effective manner. Carry out regular vehicle, tool and equipment checks. Work alongside other trades and support the wider repairs team when required. Follow all relevant health and safety procedures and safe working practices. Participate in an out-of-hours emergency call-out rota where required. About You Previous experience as a Multi-Trade Operative or similar.
