Our client is seeking an organised and proactive HR Administrator to join their busy HR team on a maternity cover contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator or aspiring HR professional to gain broad exposure across the full employee lifecycle within a supportive and fast-paced business environment. Reporting into the senior leadership team, the successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a professional HR service, supporting both employees and line managers with a range of people-related processes and administrative activities. The Role As HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR administrative support and ensuring the smooth delivery of HR processes across the business. Key Responsibilities Will Include Managing HR administration and maintaining accurate employee records and documentation. Coordinating recruitment administration, including references, right-to-work verification and pre-employment checks. Managing the onboarding process from offer stage through to induction. Supporting recruitment campaigns, including interview coordination and candidate communications. Administering employee leaver processes and conducting exit interviews where appropriate. Maintaining HR systems and ensuring the accuracy of employee data. Managing absence and holiday records. Supporting probationary reviews and performance management processes.
