We are currently recruiting an experienced Site Manager to oversee and manage works on a school in Sutton. Enhanced DBS required. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure work is progressing safely and according to plan Manage subcontractors and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations Coordinate logistics and site resources Ensure quality control and timely completion of scheduled works Report progress to the project team and address any on-site issues promptly Requirements: CSCS card SMSTS First Aid Proven experience in site supervision, ideally within school or institutional environments. Strong IT skills
