Commercial Solicitor 6+ PQE Birmingham International Firm About the Opportunity An international law firm is looking to strengthen its Commercial team in Birmingham with the appointment of a Commercial Solicitor The Birmingham office forms part of a wider national and international commercial practice, advising a diverse client base including major corporates, financial institutions, technology businesses and fast-growing companies. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a highly regarded team handling complex, high-value commercial matters. The Role You will manage a broad range of commercial matters and play a key role in supporting clients on strategic commercial arrangements, including: • Drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts• Advising on technology, outsourcing and supply agreements• Supporting clients on strategic commercial partnerships and joint ventures• Providing commercial input on corporate transactions and projects• Advising on risk management and regulatory considerations within commercial agreements• Collaborating with colleagues across corporate, technology and regulatory teams You will also have the opportunity to work closely with partners on significant matters, contribute to client development initiatives and support the mentoring of junior lawyers.
